The details
How the fee and plans work.
What counts as a live space
A space that can take payments. Drafts are unlimited, so you can set up as many as you like and choose which 2 go live on Free.
Fees never change after a payment
Each payment keeps the fee rate it was made at. If a rate ever goes up, you hear about it at least 7 days before.
Pro renews monthly
Pay from your VIPpass balance or by mobile money. If a renewal is missed, you get a 7-day grace period before moving back to Free.
Moving back to Free
Spaces above the Free limit are paused, not deleted, and you choose which stay live. Members keep their access until their plans end.
Is there a limit on fans?
No. Both plans allow unlimited paying fans in every space.
Who pays the service fee, me or my fans?
The fee is either added on top of the fan's price or taken from your earnings. Checkout shows fans a separate service fee line when they pay it, and your dashboard always shows the price, the fee and what you keep.
Are there any other charges?
No setup fees and no separate payment processing charges. The service fee already covers what the payment provider charges.
Why are prices in naira?
Launch prices in naira. Prices in other currencies are set when VIPpass opens in each country.
